This has been specially created for you, so that you can check in with your ChiRunning and ChiWalking focuses and progress and make sure that you are developing your progress in the right way. We all know that there’s nothing worse than learning on a wrongly conceived idea or when you can’t remember exactly.

Also if you want to get the advice and tips from Australia’s experienced and certified ChiRunning / ChiWalking coach, then this is the way to go!.

You may be someone that I have had the pleasure to teach, or maybe you learnt with a fellow instructor. Or maybe you’ve taught yourself and would like to get some professional feedback.
